8. No Refunds Policy
All purchases made on our platform are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. To ensure our services meet your expectations, we provide free daily tests for your convenience. In the event of service downtime during your subscription period, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription as compensation. However, this extension is not guaranteed, and refunds will not be provided.
9. Responsible Usage Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from targeting or attacking any email addresses or phone numbers without the explicit consent of the owner. Unsolicited communications, spam, or any other unauthorized activities are forbidden. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Additionally, your account is subject to a limit of targeting any individual email address or phone number no more than three (3) times per hour. This limit is enforced automatically through your account and cannot be exceeded. This service is intended exclusively for your own testing purposes. You are not permitted to use it to attack or test other users' emails or phone numbers. It is your responsibility to ensure that your activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
10. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access or activity on your account due to your failure to secure your credentials is your responsibility. We are not liable for any resulting loss or damage. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
11. Service Availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted service availability; however, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such interruptions.
12. Fair Use Policy
To ensure equitable access to our services, we reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and enforce fair use limitations. Excessive or abusive usage may result in account suspension or additional charges. The "3x per hour" limit per target is part of our fair use policy.
